I stayed at The Langham for a short business trip and I cannot begin to explain how perfect this hotel is. From the location, to the service, to the staff, everything and everyone is perfect. The most amazing and perfect part of my stay is the club lounge. The staff in the club lounge make you feel like you’re family and at home. The club lounge team have the service figured out so well, it makes you want to keep coming back. If anyone is planning a trip, I would highly recommend you book in advance and make sure you get an executive room with club access. It is 100% worth it and it will be nothing short of a very incredible and memorable stay.

Luxurious accommodation, great location, impeccable service, and delicious food. Pristine rooms and friendly staff make it an exceptional stay. Perfect for both business and leisure.

Everything was very good, met requirements, and the staff were best people from the housekeepers. Loved staying at the superior double room. It had very central location close to West End. It had a tapas restaurant. The full English breakfast was the reason I will come back.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The location is incredible, very near Oxford Circus tube which made it super easy to explore different parts of the city. We were thrilled to find that it's also close to all the shops, perfect for some retail therapy. Furthermore, the hotel has excellent facilities including a gym and pool which we took full advantage of. Additionally, we attended a large event at the hotel and were delighted with the experience. Lastly, the staff were outstanding, always friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs.

The hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful exterior and impressive facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The room was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was ideal, in a quiet area yet close to everything I needed.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel in Regent's Street, with tasteful furnishings, top quality amenities and an excellent view of the London skyline. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms had extremely comfortable beds. Despite the fact that breakfast wasn't included given the rate paid, it was offered with a variety of cooked items for an extra charge. To top it off, there was great music in the evenings!

All was great, no complaints.

The hotel had an amazing location, right in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the restaurant's delicious food with impeccable service. The rooms were spacious and had wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, which made it perfect for families with children.

The hotel's parking facilities were limited.

The location was very central, stunning in the centre of London. Plus, it was close to shops, Oxford Street and the Langham.

Impeccable service and attention to detail. Stunning bar with skilled staff. Beautiful setting for dinner with live jazz. Fantastic food. Well-maintained and clean. Great views of London Eye. Superb club lounge with unlimited champagne. Excellent spa and swimming pool.

Courtesy from the whole staff. Airy superior double room, good beds. An electric kettle and glassware were nice. Sensational breakfast at the club, and active staff.

The hotel has a stunning location, right next to View. The units are airy, spotless.

The hotel location is ideal with easy access to shopping on Oxford Street, yet still situated in a quiet street. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the facilities including the swimming pool and spa were enjoyable. Breakfast was a treat with a great continental selection. Lastly, the staff were helpful and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
