I stayed at The Langham for a short business trip and I cannot begin to explain how perfect this hotel is. From the location, to the service, to the staff, everything and everyone is perfect. The most amazing and perfect part of my stay is the club lounge. The staff in the club lounge make you feel like you’re family and at home. The club lounge team have the service figured out so well, it makes you want to keep coming back. If anyone is planning a trip, I would highly recommend you book in advance and make sure you get an executive room with club access. It is 100% worth it and it will be nothing short of a very incredible and memorable stay.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The location is incredible, very near Oxford Circus tube which made it super easy to explore different parts of the city. We were thrilled to find that it's also close to all the shops, perfect for some retail therapy. Furthermore, the hotel has excellent facilities including a gym and pool which we took full advantage of. Additionally, we attended a large event at the hotel and were delighted with the experience. Lastly, the staff were outstanding, always friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

This hotel is an indulgent getaway with exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness center are impressive, featuring a sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, and full, body massages. the heated swimming pool is a nice touch, with sun loungers and a garden area. the room was spacious and luxurious, with a cozy interior design that made me feel right at home. the restaurant served up a delicious in, room breakfast, and the catering service was top, notch.
The only negative aspect I experienced was the lack of live entertainment. While this may not be a deal, breaker for everyone, I was hoping for some form of entertainment during my stay.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It is so close to the shopping area of Regent Street and other major shopping streets, yet it is tucked away in a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring the city. Plus, it is conveniently located near all London attractions, making it easy to get around and see everything. And let's not forget about the proximity to Regent's Park, which is simply stunning.
One downside to this hotel is the compact size of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms. While they are well-designed and functional, they may feel a bit cramped for those who prefer more space.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to Oxford Street. The Club Level perks are a great advantage, as guests can enjoy a range of services and facilities exclusive to that level. The staff goes above and beyond, with one example being when a guest requested Epsom salt and a staff member personally went to the store to get it for them.
The breakfast layout can be a bit complex, with separate areas for drinks and toasts.

The staff took wonderful care of us, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. The room was large and incredibly comfortable. The hotel restaurant had top line wine and champagne by the glass, which was perfect for my 80-year-old mother who does not drink. The breakfast selection was huge, with a variety of teas to choose from. The location was excellent, with beautiful views of the city. the hospitality and location made it our favorite hotel in the city.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaints at all.

Spent Christmas at this 5-star hotel and received some yummy treats upon arrival! The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to many shopping areas and the subway station. The view from the room was also pretty cool, got to see some iconic landmarks.
The room was a bit small for the price we paid and the service was mediocre. We were expecting some more festive decor in the lobby and common areas, but it was pretty underwhelming.
